DJI Phantom 3 Pro: Cra-cra-cra-crashed!

Customer support made it clear they didn't want to compensate me.   The drone suddenly shot off in one direction, and I couldn't bring it back under control. I only found out why when I checked the flight log: a compass error. It crashed right here in this beautiful park. Before the flight Luckily, the gimbal wasn't damaged at all. In the end, I spent 700 yuan to get it repaired.
