Oculus Rift unboxing

UPS made me feel like I was back in China: it took just three days to ship from the US to Canada!

    Opening the big 5 kg package!     The Oculus Rift in the flesh     I quickly hooked up the cables. I'll sort them out properly later—off to play Beat Saber! (Please ignore my dorm room.)     I did run into one serious problem: the screen would go black after ten minutes of play! I couldn't find a working solution online, so I started investigating. After ten minutes, the GPU was getting close to 100°C!! The GPU activated its protection mechanism and disconnected, requiring a restart to reset it. So, adequate cooling really is important!
